    How do I book a party?

    A: First, check our events calendar to see if your date is available. Then contact us at amber@pamperedprincessparties.biz or by phone 678-687-1991. A deposit of $50 can be placed to save your party on our calendar and to issue a party agreement. Due to popularity, it is recommended you book your party 4-6 weeks in advance.

    Q: How do I pay my deposit?
    How do I pay my deposit?

    A: On the front page of our website is a visa/mastercard button. You can click on that to pay by the $50 deposit by credit card, e-check, or instant transfer from your checking account using paypal. The remainder party balance is due before the Wednesday before the party by paypal or by cash at the party.

    If I need to cancel, is my deposit refundable?

    A: Your deposit is refundable within a month of the party, 50% refundable within 2 weeks, and no refund will be credited if canceled within one week of the party. We are always willing to help with family emergencies, etc. by rescheduling parties.

    What days of the week will you host parties?

    A: During the summer months we can do parties on the weekdays and weekends. During the school year we can only do parties on Fridays and weekends.

    Q: What is your party attendance policy?
    What is your party attendance policy?


    A: Each party package is for up to 8 children, no matter if 1 or all 8 show up. Extra guests may be added for $20. The maximum children allowed at all parties is 12 unless you have made arrangements with us. We will need the final guest count the day the Wednesday before your party. You will be charged for guests based on that number even if they do not show. Payment for unexpected guests (guests that may not have RSVP'ed) will be expected after the party.

    Q: What happens if guests show are late?
    What happens if guests show up late?

    A: Please understand that the party is on a schedule. Many times, there is a party we must travel to immediately after yours. If a guest shows up late, they will join the activities at whatever point the party has progressed to. We cannot do activities over again due to time constraints.

    A: We will do our best to accomodate boys at each party. At the princess parties, boys will be provided pirate costumes and tattoos instead of makeup.

    Q: What should the children wear?
    What should the children wear?


    A: Parents are encouraged to help the guests change. Due to liability reasons and the best interest of the children and our hostesses, we cannot help the girls change in a separate room. Party guests will be asked to change out of the princess dresses prior to the serving of the cake.

    At the spa parties, robes will go over the child's clothes they wear to the party.

    Q: Do you accept tips?
    Do you accept tips?


    A: Definitely! Tips are encouraged especially when your expectations have been met or have been exceeded.

    Gratuity is not included in parties with 8 or fewer guests- if your hostesses and party experience meet or exceed your expectations, please feel free to tip the standard 12-15%.

    If more than 8 guests attend, a 10% gratuity will be added in the final invoice.

    A: We are a mobile party company meaning we come to your house or party venue.

    Q: Who takes care of guests who may become ill, are a behavior problem, or refuse to participate.
    Who takes care of guests who may become ill, are a behavior problem, or refuse to participate?

    A: The party hostesses are responsible for engaging the children in games and activities. However, we are not responsible for the behavior of the children. We kindly ask you to monitor disruptive behavior accordingly to ensure a positive party experience.

    If a child becomes ill or refuses to participate, they will need to be supervised by you, the client.

    Q: What does the goody bag include?
    What does the goody bag include?


    A: The favors for the goody bags vary depending on availability and may include five of the following: necklaces, bracelets, rings, mini brush, lip gloss, pens, body glitter, stickers, activity sheet, and candy.
